The Collins COBUILD Intermediate Dictionary is based on a huge database of text, both written and spoken, called The Bank of English. The Bank of English® contains over 650 million words, and it is the basis of all the statements that COBUILD makes about the language.
The entries contain a detailed account of the main uses and meanings of every word. Each of the forms is listed at the start of each entry, along with information about alternative spellings, if any exist. Explanations are written in full sentences, show typical grammatical behavior and give a clear description of meaning. デイリー配信される単語が、スピーキング力につながる
毎日、今日の単語が送られてきます。大体の意味は分かっても、英語で説明するのは難しいです。送られてきた単語の意味の説明を毎日、必ず、チェックして、人に説明出来るように覚えるようにしています。説明が的確かつシンプルで使い回しやすい文章です。少し話す力がついたように思います。

とても良いです。
Cobuild の単語の意味説明の文章は、とても分かり易く、英語学習者には最適。
ゲームもあるので、楽しみながら単語を覚えられます。

Good dictionary but need more func.
Pls add editing function for history page and more sample phrases.
If you added these functions, this app will be five stars dictionary app.

これでも十分
定評のあるColins Cobuildですが、appではAdvancedはあまり良いのが無いので
Intermediateでも安いし勉強には十分使えると思います。
ちなみに辞書は2008年度版です。
私はLongmanとこれを交互に引いています。
重たい本を持っていけないときはこれで十分ではないでしょうか。
音声が無いとやっぱり軽いですね。
