全く話さなくていいのも魅力だが、フレンドリーなドライバーさんにあたっても、それはそれで楽しい。
２回目の利用の時、料金設定が少し高めのドライバーあたってしまったが、ショッピングモールで待つのも疲れるのでその人を選んだのに、いつまでたっても指定の場所に来ず、MAPを頼りに車までこちらから出向くと、駐車場に完全に止めてあり、ドライバーはおらず、トイレかなと思い１５分もそこでドライバーを待ちましたが、結局戻ってきませんでした。国際電話をかけてまで利用する気はなかったので、すぐに違うドライバーに変更したら、2ドル安い料金設定で、おまけにとても親切でした。

見つけてもらえないと
あっちゅう間に5ドル取られて、何も起きない。混雑した場所とか、慣れてない場所に呼ぶのは危険かな。見通しの良い場所とか、わかりやすい場所だと、すぐに見つけられるし、安いし、何よりも早く来る。便利だけど、使い方次第なのは、当たり前だね。

クレジットカード番号をあちこちのサービスに預けるのに抵抗があるので好ましいです。これがあるのでUberでなくこちらにしました。サービスの違いはここしか使ってないので判断できませんが便利ですね。

Customer support team is unhelpful and rude
You can’t change the phone number although it seems like you can switch the number internationally. I added my temporary number while traveling in America and wanted to change the number to my Japanese phone number since my account has my credit number and I don’t want the next person who uses that number to sign up for Lyft and use my Credit card. Contacted the customer support about but they were not helpful and the customer service was just terrible and rude. They said that you can only use a phone number from America, then why do they make the app seems like you can add a number from overseas? My friend who traveled with me to America used his Japanese number and he was able to use Lyft just fine. Also they said my account has been deactivated but it hasn’t. I’m really disappointed with Lyft.

App is misleading, email promotions are misleading
App now always says driver has arrived BEFORE driver has actually arrived. This instills an unnecessary “fear/stress factor” and I almost always have to call the driver to find out he/she is JUST arriving!! Annoying.
Also, I received an email offering 10% discount until today but on all rides I have made until expiration I do not see the discount applied!!!!
