Not refund money Phát âm sai, học đi học lại trong cùng 1 lúc quá nhiều lần.
Không thể hoàn lại tiền nếu bạn vô tình quên không huỷ trong lúc dùng thử. Phát âm sai bét. Học tiếng Trung mà nó phát âm như cái quần què vậy học cái nỗi gì.
Cài đặt trình độ cấp 4 nhưng vào bài học lại cứ dạy ở mức xin chào, chào liên tục, chào đi chào lại. Để làm gì? Học 1 lần mà lặp đi lặp lại thì cũng làm sao có thể nhớ được. Não bộ đâu có hoạt động để ghi nhớ thông tin như thế. Học 1 lần là đủ rồi còn lặp lại liên tục nhưng ở những thời điểm khác chứ, lặp đi lặp lại trong 1 lúc thì vừa ít kiến thức vừa chả nhớ cái gì hết. Học vẹt à? Bắt chước sự ngu ngục của con doulingo à?

Horrible app
Other than the fact that I couldn’t do anything else unless if I subscribed, the short vocal discussion I had was horrible. I had forgotten certain words and said it in katakana English instead and instead of correcting me it would ignore how I basically just made a sentence in broken English. So I feel like it wouldn’t even be worth my money cause it doesn’t teach you anything.

3 minute trial??
While the app would be better with a subscription, i can't do anything without one?? not even a limit on how much you can learn but none of the app works without a subscription.

Probably a scam?
Giving you a one time 15 minutes trial and then requesting a monthly subscription. And even trying to create an account usually leads to network errors. But may be still more than enough money flowing in after paying Tiktokers to promote this scam!

Buggy
While speaking is fine except, when you butcher something and it says excellent anyways, when you go to the review tab and the prompt has you respond to a question in English it marks it wrong as if you were supposed to answer in the language you’re learning. I also repeated the word said exactly and it still told me I was wrong even though in their correction they said they same thing as you. Overall the review tab needs some tweaking because right now it makes it confusing to know if you were right or wrong when the program itself is teaching you how to say certain things and then blame you for saying the thing the program told you to say.

Good attempt
The concept is great. UI is clean. Some of the ways it tries to teach you feel natural. HOWEVER, I can say something completely incorrect and just gibberish intentionally when it asks me something and it will say “That’s exactly right!” and won’t try to correct me. There are a few other things but that one was pretty big in my opinion.ill still try using it but not convinced yet

So glitchy and the lesson so short for some reason
I’m so disappointed cuz I’ve been seeing a lot of people on SNS use this and say so many good things about this app. To my surprise even after subscribing it was so glitchy. When I try to talk it doesn’t recognize what I say. So it takes so long to continue on to the next part of the lesson. To top it off, for some reason my lessons are stuck at 3 mins-6 mins max then it just ends the lesson?? It’s really disappointing.
