Yesterday, my Telegram account was autologged out of my phone and computer. When I log in again. No activation code was received. I opened an account with my Myanmar pH number and lived in Japan. My SIM also offers roaming services, allowing you to receive other app OTP codes opened with myanmar pH number. Only the Telegram app is not receiving the OTP code.

普通に使えばよくない？
詐欺とか云々言う人がいますが、LINEだろうとカカオだろうと、使い方によればどうにでもなります。
私は、普通に外国にいる友人と会話するアプリとして使用しています。外国ではLINEのような使い方として一般的に使用されているアプリです。
日本では『テレグラムは悪事を働く人しか使わないからインストールしている人は危ない人』みたいな風潮がありますが、そのように言う人は多分外国に知人がいないからだと思います。
私(そこら辺にいる普通の人)はただの一般人として使用していますが、これはただのメッセージアプリです。
⚠️確かに悪い点では、全く知らない人(ほぼ中国人)からメッセージが来たり、たまに日本人から闇バイト的なメッセージが来ます。それに、SMSの方にも『あなたのテレグラムのアカウントは利用停止になります』のようなメッセージが来るようになりました。これは本当にテレグラムから送られてきているのではないので、絶対にリンクを踏んではダメですよ！！
多分テレグラムから私の電話番号が漏れたのでしょう…。そういうのは全て無視&ブロックしてください！
求める改善点としては安全性の部分です。他は普通のメッセージアプリと変わりありません。
※あとカスタマーサービス等は無く、有志の人(?)だけで運営されているようで、一度問い合わせても返信が来ませんでした。
総論として、なんかよく分からないけど使ってみようかなという方や、情報弱者の人、騙されやすい人、他SNSから誘導された人は使わない方がいいです。
見分けられる力のある人だけ使った方がいいかなと思います。
相手が何者で誰か、きちんと知っている人とだけ、やり取りするのに使いましょう。

显示已保存的视频无法找到
telegram对在ios系统上有巨大的bug，图片可以保存并在系统相册里查看的到，但是视频选择保存到相册，并且弹窗［已保存］，然而在相册里无法找到它们。我的iPhone和ipad都是如此……后来我找到了原因！其实是tg里原视频格式的问题。某些MPEG格式的视频（.mp4）因为内部的编码格式和码率的问题导致在ios上不能播放的情况常用。
其实验证的方法很简单！在tg上不要点保存到相册，点分享-然后右上角箭号↑-保存💾到文件（系统自带的）中，然后从文件里打开就发现是MPEG格式，但是只有声音没有画面。
tg上不知道是什么漏洞导致这种不兼容ios的某些mp4视频也能下载，且显示“已保存”。估计文件是已经下载到相册的根目录了，但是由于无法显示画面，所以在相册里无法显示。这种情况就是内部格式不兼容的导致的。

Instagramで急にDMがきてLINE追加させられて仕事？をして低い金額のみお金は返ってきた。その後仕事続けると共に、高額請求がきてペナルティがあるとか言われ100万の損失。詐欺やのに弁護士グループに言うとか言われこちらも対応していた結果、海外詐欺グループだった。何があっても引っかかってはいけない。アプリも入れてはいけない。仕事するのにお金は請求されない。

Issues with privacy
Nice app, which I installed more than 5 years ago thinking about privacy (it wasn’t already really good, cause authoritarian Russian government learned how to disclose users).
With September 2024 update on privacy after French government inquiry the conditions on privacy got worse, I guess.
I am up for fair punishment and disclosure of some freaks who does violent things to people around them. But would telegram disclose people whom a government name terrorists just because they fight for for my freedom of speech, equal access to resources and social lift?

Chinese spamming non-related hashtags
many trend hashtags was spammed with Chinese scams that making the public post searching very hard to use in those cases. Reporting and banning those channels would be pointless and a waste of resources since they can recreate another channel and repeat that spamming scam strategy. A feature of blocking channels and exclude them from search results on client side would be very helpful.

初めてチャットをした際に、電話番号表示を、Nobodyに設定している同士で自分側に相手のユーザー名の替わりに電話番号が表示される事象を経験しました。その後、名前に変わりましたが。

14.0以降Wi-Fi接続が不安定となり、サポートに問い合わせした際にいくつかのApp名をインストールしているか尋ねられ、Telegramも含まれていた。
削除してWi-Fiへの接続状況を見て欲しいと言われて削除したらWi-Fiの不具合は解消された。

通知音
Telegramアプリ内の設定で通知音は全てONになっているにも関わらず、待ち受け画面の状態時にメッセージの通知がバナーで現れた中のスピーカーのマークは🔇になっていて。
何時、通知があるのか分からず困っています。
改善法をお知りの方がいらっしゃいましたら、どうか、ご指導お願いします。

Issues with media after updating
Hi I really enjoy telegram messengers. I love the interface design, the applications on phone, iPad and computer and the high security guaranteed. However, there’s an issue after updating to the latest version - that is, when you try to load photos you shared in a chat, it only goes down to a certain date, and after that you couldn’t access those media. It really bothers me with the issue since sometimes I just want to retrieve the media from the chat. Other than that, I have nothing to be critique about. I really love using telegram. Thanks very much for the great communication application!

Video call function
I really love everything about the function of telegram. Even the picture’s quality is quite high. But the only thing that matter is video call function. If telegram have it I can confirm that I will always use telegram as my routine app. Hope telegram take note and improve the function😊

連絡先を追加しないと使えなくなった。強制的に。せっかくセキュリティ高かったのに、これでは駄目だね。さようなら。

情報取ろうとする
初期設定で友達追加しようとすると「連絡先にアクセス許可」「連絡先全員登録しろ」➡︎これ以外選択肢無し。
自分の連絡先でテレグラムやってる1人の名前で検索して追加しようとしたら自分の連絡先の人ではなく同じ名前の他人がズラッと出てくる。脅威。最悪。誰一人 友人追加することなくアンインストール。messengerと同じ 他人を巻き込むのと全世界の誰からもアクセスされる。何の為に存在してるのか。

Secure chat, awful phone
The main problem with telegram phone feature is that id does not cancel your voice from loudspeakers on other side. So, if discrete mic and speakers are used, the whole conversation renders into cacophony.
