Oh how the “child within” loves to have his or her say in all matters pertaining to life. Because of its insistence on running the show, it can become a very serious obstruction to the purposed destiny of our journey with Jesus. God says : “Becoming more like Jesus is that purpose”, while our “child” says: “Not on my watch”. Trapped in the middle, we are the determining factor as to who wins!
